Phase A: Dissolve COQ10 in oil
Phase B: Dissolve Grape seed extract in BG or PG
Phase C: Dissolve Ginkgo Biloba, Niacinamide, Carnitine, Beta 1-3 Glucan & Green tea EGCG in warm water and Dimethyl isosorbide, mix well. Add preservative and mix well. Add Gelmaker PLUS, mix.
Combine Phase A, B, & C, mix well.

(1) For an Glycol free version substitute Grape seed extract with Pine Bark extract, see recipe below.
(2) Use a preservative, unless you plan to make a fresh lotion every week and wish to avoid any preservatives. It is best to store DIY lotions in the refrigerator.
