Phase A: Combine Butylene Glycol and Dimethyl isosorbide, dissolve Centella asiatica.
Phase B: Divide water. Dissolve Magnesium ascorbyl phosphate in one half, mix well, until all lumps are gone. Dissolve Ginkgo Biloba and Green tea extract in other half, mix well. Combine two solutions, add 1% Hyaluronic acid and preservative, mix well, add Gelmaker PLUS, mix.
Combine Phase A, Phase B and Phase C, mix well.

(1) Use a preservative, unless you plan to make a fresh lotion every week and wish to avoid any preservatives. It is best to store DIY lotions in the refrigerator.
