Phase A: Dissolve ingredients in warm water, mix well. Cool, add preservative, mix well.
Combine Phase A and Phase B (Gelmaker Plus), mix well.

(1) Use a preservative, unless you plan to make a fresh lotion every week and wish to avoid any preservatives. It is best to store DIY lotions in the refrigerator.
