moisturizing and hydration

When it comes to moisturizing and hydrating the skin there are two basic types of ingredients. There are humectants which work to pull moisture from the water in the lotion (and the air surrounding it) and add it to the skin. There are also emollient which fill in the spaces between cells and lock moisture in. In either case the ingredients are intended for hydrating skin, which is important to overall skin health.

When using Lactic Acid you must wear high level UVA and UVB protection!

If you don't like the chemicals in commercial sun protection products, please do not use Lactic Acid .
