WE (Bulk Actives and its owners), will never share, sell or rent our mailing lists to anyone. This includes our email lists.

Refund Policy

 

To be eligible for a refund you must email us your order number and reason for requesting a refund within this time limit.  No email - no refund. 

 

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs via registered airmail. We will require a copy of the postal registration invoice send via fax or email. The refund will be made once we receive all the products with no more than 2 grams used of each product.

 

Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons we do NOT resell products that have been returned.  They will be destroyed as soon as we receive them.

Shipping Address Errors

We do NOT offer refunds for orders that have been sent to the wrong address.  The customer is responsible for entering the correct billing details AND shipping address.  This data is NOt automatically transferred from your PayPal account.

 

All our address labels are printed directly from our admin script, and the script reads the data that the customer enters.  It is therefore impossible for us to make a mistake with your shipping address.

PayPal Payments policy

We have recently become the victim of fraud and attempted fraud. We have therefore changed our payment policy.

 

• We accept payments from only one PayPal account per purchase - we do not accept multiple payments for a single order.

 

• We will only accept payments from users who have a confirmed address. 

• We will NOT mail to unconfirmed PayPal addresses or PO Boxes.

 

• We will only accept payments from verified users.

• We will NOT accept payments from unverified users. 

 

• Please do not call BulkActives for problems using PayPal or if PayPal's system is not functioning properly.  Please call PayPal for assistance.
